Tianjin Yuantai Derun Pipe Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd. includes 10 subsidiaries. It deserves a large united enterprise group with a registered fund of USD 65 million and fixed assets of USD 200 million. With annual production capacity of 5 million tons, Yuantai Derun is the biggest manufacturer of ERW square, rectangular pipe, hollow section pipe, galvanized pipe and spiral welding pipe in China. The finishing process involves polishing, cleaning and inspecting the steel pipe to ensure that it meets all quality and dimensional requirements.

The equipment in this area squeezes and bends raw materials to shape them into steel tubes of specified sizes.

The formed steel pipes are joined together in the welding zone to form a complete pipe. This process may involve automatic welding or manual welding.

In the galvanizing process, the steel plate is cleaned, oiled, pickling and other pretreatment to remove surface dirt and oxides. The protective properties of the zinc coating are closely related to the thickness of the coating. After passivation, dyeing or coating with gloss protectant, the zinc coating can significantly improve its protective and decorative properties.

The steel plate is immersed in a bath containing molten zinc to chemically react with the surface of the steel plate to form a zinc-iron alloy layer and a zinc layer.
